About Travis
Travis Cody has been writing books since he was 12 years old. Before co-founding Self Publishing Agency, he spent about 15 years as a professional screenwriter in Hollywood. That's where he learned to build a story that holds attention and to deliver finished pages on tight deadlines. He has also worked as a journalist, an author and a copywriter, and has written more than 19 books of his own.
At Self Publishing Agency, Travis focuses on what makes a book work: its structure, its voice and the story underneath it. He works especially with business owners, coaches and consultants turning their experience into nonfiction, and with first-time authors who know what they want to say but not how to shape it.
